WHERE DID THIS COME FROM?

 I recently purchased a large amount of AVON products from the estate of a long-time represtative.  These are all new products from a smoke-free environment.  Please note that I do not ship perfume outside the borders of the USA because perfume is flammable and cannot fly.

SHIPPING AND PAYMENT NOTES

According to Ebay policy, sellers have always been responsible for their items until they arrive safely in their customers' hands. That's why shipping insurance will no longer be included  as either an option or requirement for buyers.  Sellers can choose to purchase insurance on shipments, but not ask buyers to buy insurance separately. In some categories like Antiques, Collectibles, and Jewelry, shipping insurance for sellers is essential. When appropriate, sellers can include the cost of insurance in the  item or shipping price.

I don't really want to automatically add $1.75 (for items selling for $50 or less) and another 80 cents for delivery confirmation to the starting bid for an item or to the handling costs that are automatically added in the cost of shipping for everything I list.  I have decided that I will $1.00 to all auctions - except where noted otherwise - which will include the cost of delivery confirmation so that I can track items if necessary and a small handling fee .  Those who bid on my items, whether they have already won the item or not,  are welcome to email me to discuss the insurance/handling fee situation especially if you want your item insured.

If a bidder wins more than one of my auctions, I will be more than happy to combine auctions to save on shipping costs.  Please wait until I send you an invoice before you pay so that you won't pay more shipping than necessary.  I am limited on how much perfume I can mail in one package, however.  In addition, if an auction contains more than one item, and you are not interested in all the items, I will mail only the items you want.  The bid will be remain the same; however, I will be glad to adjust shipping accordingly.

You may obtain shipping and handling costs for delivery within the USA by clicking on the appropriate icon in the listing.  ALL PERFUME MUST BE SHIPPED PARCEL POST.  If shipping the item(s) you purchase in a flat rate box is going to be less expensive, I will ship that way.  I have also just recently found out that delivery confirmation is 10 cents cheaper if shipping is priority and not parcel post with the overall cost being less than parcel post shipment.  That will change the way I send some of my packages; it depends on the weight and the destination of the package.

       I will be glad to quote overseas shipping except on perfumes and other flammable products.
