HERE WE HAVE A MEGGER CM400 AND THAT'S ABOUT AS MUCH AS I KNOW ABOUT IT.  IT WAS BOUGHT WITH SOME OTHER TOOLS, DRILLS ETC AND HAS SAT IN THE GARAGE FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS.  IT SEEMS IN GOOD CONDITION AND COMES WITH A CARRYING CASE, LEADS AND INSTRUCTIONS.  WHEN TURNED ON FIGURES APPEAR ON THE SCREEN AS FOR ANY FUNCTIONS I DO NOT KNOW.  I KNOW THESE ARE EXPENSIVE TO BUY NEW AND IF YOU EMAIL ME INSTRUCTIONS I WILL TRY THE OTHER FUNCTIONS, AND WILL HELP AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.  WHEN BIDDING TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THAT I DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS. I AM A GENUINE EBAYER AS YOU CAN SEE FROM MY FEEDBACK.  THIS WILL BE SOLD AS SPARES OR REPAIR BUT MIGHT BE PERFECTLY ALRIGHT.  IF I CAN HELP PLEASE GET IN TOUCH.   .99p START BUT POSTAGE WILL BE QUITE EXPENSIVE AS TESTER MEASURES 12 X 8  INCHES AND IS HEAVY.
