All items we list on eBay are in stock 99% of the time. If you place an order before 1 PM Monday-Friday we normally ship the same day. If you place an order during weekend or holiday period we will ship the next working day. Please note Royal Mail can sometimes take up to 7 working days to deliver the item to you so wait 7 working days from the date of purchase before contacting us.

Orders are normally shipped via City-Link or Royal Mail. 

Additionally, If you're paying by e-check using PayPal, your order cannot be process until the payment cleared through PayPal.

Your shipping address must match your PayPal address. Please note once you complete the checkout process, we will not be able to amend or cancel your order.

If you want change shipping address,please change it before you make payment as we can not change the address later.  We can not check your messsages on order notes regarding address change or other information.

For all returns queries, please email us via eBay Messaging System

1.0 - If you no longer want the product you purchased, kindly send an email from the eBay system. Please note the item has to be in its original condition as received and unopened. For security and health and safety reasons we will not be able to accept returns of products that have been used. 
1.1 - If the item is faulty, we will give you an option to choose for a full refund or replacement item to be sent. 
1.2- If you simply purchased the item in error and no longer want the item and can comply with 1.0 policy we can only refund total amount you paid minus 25% handling fee. 
1.3 - Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance if purchased in error. We will only refund or replace item that is returned back to us.
