Here is an autographed letter dated February 2nd 1942, from Harewood House, Leeds and signed Harewood.
This reads:-
"Dear Mr Lishman, July 21st is a long way off, and it is difficult to be quite sure what calls I may have upon me at that time. If, however, you will bear in mind that in wartime circumstances make it difficult to look ahead with any certainty. I would gladly accept your invitation to attend your Centenary and to read one of the lessons. I hope very much that nothing will intervene. Yours sincerley Harewood".
