*****Detailed seller ratings*****

Feedback is extremely important to me, and I take selling on eBay very seriously.  I want you to be pleased with every aspect of your buying experience.  I strive to receive 5 stars in each category in the detailed seller ratings.  When leaving feedback for me, if you are unable to leave 5 stars in each category, please email me first.  You may think that leaving 4 stars a good rating, but eBay considers 4 stars substandard, and this results in higher selling fees.  So, please email me if you have any concerns, as I would like to continue selling on eBay.  

The first category is "item as described"~I spend so much time taking multiple photos of every angle and describing the flaws that I see with each bag.  Please keep in mind that my bags are used and are not new.  I honestly try my best to describe my items accurately.

The second category is "communication"~I am frequently on the computer, and answer all emails promptly.  You can expect an answer to your question with a timely response, usually within a few hours, and no later than 24 hours.  You will receive a confirmation email when I receive your payment, and an automated email with tracking information.  I believe communication is the key to a successful transaction. 

The third category is "shipping time"~As you can see in my feedback, I ship extremely fast!!  I usually ship the same day or the next day that I receive payment.  I ship internationally as well, USPS Express mail.  I am not responsible for the delays that sometimes happen shipping overseas.  Rarely, items get delayed in Customs, and this is not my fault and is unpreventable.  If you look on the label, you will see how quickly I actually shipped the item out, and this should be considered when leaving detailed seller ratings.

 The fourth category is "shipping and handling charges"~ I make no money on shipping, and actually take a loss on it, as I pack very carefully with bags/bubble wrap/wrap.  For my international customers, I charge only the actual cost of shipping.  Please see the label on the box that has the actual shipping cost.  This should be looked at before giving detailed ratings with feedback.

*****Why are accurate detailed seller ratings important?*****

Accurate ratings are important for many reasons.  First, it gives all of my future/potential buyers confidence in buying from me.  Trust is really everything.  EBay also provides a small discount in final fees to sellers that have a higher standard.  Selling on eBay gets very expensive!  (listing fees, final eBay fees, PayPal fees, shipping fees, etc.)  So, giving me 4 stars instead of 5 stars when I actually had to pay an additional $10.00 more to ship the item, is really unfair, and negatively impacts my business.  This actually happens, so I thought I would try to educate my buyers here about this new rating system, and how it affects my eBay store and future on eBay.  All that I ask is that you give honest and accurate ratings.  If there is a problem, or you are unsure about something, like the cost of shipping, please email me before leaving ratings that are inaccurate.

Shipping/return policy

I ship USPS Priority mail with signature confirmation.  Your bag will be carefully packed and shipped promptly.  I charge less than it actually costs to ship the item, and do not charge handling fees.
