Service and about us....

I offer a good, inland revenue registered service supplying used components for the classic mini, i also from time to time offer project mini's i also buy parts and cars and am interested in garage clearences and classic ford stuff, i do not break any mini's worth repairing. I try to help as much as possible in any way I can and try to source parts I don’t have from other mini spares dealers I know,

all of my scrap mini's are disposed of at an approved de-pollution site,

I do not approve of illegal activity and always report suspicious activity to the police. I travel throughout the south east. I am a collector of the classic mini and have 3 in my collection so I’m fully aware of the getting the right components for the right for the job, my job stems from a being a collector of the classic mini for over 15 years which I have recently turned into a small business aiming to help others put there classic mini how they want it

Feedback...

i have had problems in the past with people leaving bad feedback for a issue that can resolved with ease, I encourage people to contact us directly if they are not happy as 99% of issues can be resolved without the need for bad feedback or disputes, I will always help as to what i see fair as much as possible and encourage eBay to stay a friendly place for all

Non paying bidders...

if you purchase a item from me and do not contact me within 5 working days a dispute will be opened, if you do not respond then reports are made to eBay and small claims are considered, if you purchase a item from me then this is a legal binding contract, if you are intending to be away on holiday for example then you will need to inform me and a note will be kept with your purchase invoice, although un reasonable repetitive excuses are not tolerated

Bidders from outside the UK...

I do except bids from outside the UK but i only use one shipping agent,please contact me for there details,i will happily deliver to them (fuel charge applies) or have them collect items, i cannot wrap many items due to there size but they will do so,no idividual posting of small items, I WILL NOT EXCEPT ANY OTHER COURIERS IN OR OUT OF THE UK

Postage and damages...

We offer no postal insurance and if you items do not arrive at you home we will offer a copy of the postal receipt and it is down to you to make a claim.  we do not "trace items" or issue claims forms, these are obtainable from your local post office, no post office damaged items or winning bidder damages will be replaced we carry detailed photos of all our items.  All our parts are inspected with care and on the chance one slips the net then we will replace the item or offer a refund

Second hand means second hand...

Please remember all items have been used unless stated as new and will have basic wear and tear, although we do not keep or sell unserviceable items/components

if you require a component I have I will list it on eBay on a buy it now to comply with eBay rules and regulations

Refunds.. 

I only offer refunds if I see fair to do so, I do not however refund postage either way, and sometimes ask for a 10% handling charge. I will always try to make everyone happy as I believe in repeated purchases being the best from fellow ebayers. All my items are marked with chalk pens in noticeable areas and paint pens in non noticeable areas, I also use uv markers randomly so sending me you old indicator/wiper unit won’t work, agreed refunds must be received within seven days

Electrical items

 All electrical items will be tested. If not the auction will state “untested” though many electrical items may not work on you mini due to miss diagnosed electrical faults with your car, free advice given when purchasing electrical items
