Shipping

Our delivery service is via DHL or Royal Mail and is available to anywhere in the World. Products will be dispatched after one business day, normally it is the next business day. For some delivery service we provide you with a shipment tracking number.

Warranty

We guarantee your satisfaction. All our HID Xenon Conversion kits are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects, in which a manufacturer-defective part in the kit and within the warranty period will be replaced at no additional charge. The warranty is void if the cause of damage or failure is due to abuse, neglect, improper installation, use other than the intended use or application, accidents, or natural disasters. All bulbs are tested and burned in by the manufacturer prior to delivery.

Returns and Exchange

It is the purchasers responsibility to incur all warranty and return shipping charges. We will only refund unwanted goods if they are returned to us in unused original resalable condition within 7 days of delivery. These returns will be subject to a 30% shipping and handling surcharge. If your product becomes defective within the first seven days of the invoice date, you may return it for an exchange only. Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department within thirty days of your invoice and we will provide you with return instructions. Defective items may be returned for a same-item exchange only. For all light products, please test product for factory defects prior to installation. Once an attempt of installation has been made, all light products are not exchangeable unless the item becomes defective. No cancellation, refund, or exchanges on special order items. Shipping costs are not refundable. We will issue an exchange item for the product when your exchange meets these guidelines. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.
