RNS-E (Radio Navigation System) is DVD based sat nav self-contained double-DIN size unit.

Manufactured by Aisin Ltd. in Japan. Fits to Audi A3/S3

Behind folding 6.5'' TFT 16:9 screen there are 2 SD card slots for MP3 music and CD/DVD slot for DVD map disc or Audio CD.

Western and Eastern Europe with navigation to street level are available on DVD map provided by NAVTEQ.

Special places of interest (POIs) are stored on the DVD map.

3D map view and split screen function

TV and Videotext receipt

Goal input over map with cursor or coordinate announcement

Route announcement in perspective map display

Announcement of up to three routes in the single goal mode

With the choice, a representation of chart of road [zoom] or indication of direction
