However in the case of a suspected fault or substandard unit the following procedure must be adhered to. Units returned under the 'No Quibble' Guarantee. Any item found to be defective after inspection by our engineers due to faulty materials or workmanship will be replaced free of charge or credited under the 'No Quibble Guarantee' scheme. If after examination an item is found not to be defective or reveals faults caused by circumstances beyond our control under the terms of the 'No Quibble Guarantee' this will also be replaced free of charge or credited solely as a gesture of goodwill and without accepting any liability.
