This is a beautiful 111page book printed on glossy paper with a softly stiffened cover measuring 21 x 27cms. The front states 'Exclusive Aerial Views' of the 'Monuments of Ancient, Byzantine and Modern Athens'. It is brand new, and given to me as a memento after a visit there a few years ago, and only opened to find the publication date. Apart from the temples there are pictures of the most important bronze statues incl. The Marathon Boy.<p>
