SHIPPING & PACKAGING
	SHIPPING PC's: All PC's and large items are shipped by Business post courier service within 7 working days of the payment being received and cleared (Working days exclude Bank Holidays and Weekends). As soon as the item is shipped we email tracking details to allow you to track the item online. Delivery is the following day to the majority of the UK although highlands and islands can take 2-3 days. Charges: - Shipping to UK Mainland costs £32.50. - Shipping to Postcodes AB, IV, KW, PA and BH costs £37.50. - Shipping to Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Shetland and Channel Islands costs £54.00. - Collections are not possible.
	PACKING: - The charges for shipping includes the labour cost of packing item, the packing materials and the cost of shipping. All items are adequately protected and all PC's are now double-boxed to limit any possibility of damage in transit. PC's are Now Double Boxed in export quality boxes
	TRACKING: - Online tracking numbers are provided for PC's the day they are shipped. Tracking emails are sent out at the end of the day after the courier has made their collections. You are able to track items on www.businesspost.com using the tracking number provided.
	WARRANTYS: - RTB (Return to Base) Warranty - Included as standard with PC's. This means the PC is covered by a parts and labour warranty for 12 months from delivery for defective components. As per the industry standard you are responsible for all postage costs to us and return by our approved courier. We are responsible for the cost of labour and replacement parts if the PC is faulty. - 1 Year Collect and Return Warranty - Available as an upgrade option. We are responsible for arranging and paying for all collection and return costs if the PC is faulty. - 1 or 2 Year on-site warranty - Available as an upgrade option. Should the PC develop a fault an engineer will visit you and repair the PC at our cost. - 24/7 Telephone Software support with remote control (available late July) - Available as an upgrade option. Either 28 Day cover or 12 Month Cover. Should you have a software problem with your PC then you can call our telephone software support engineers who will talk you through rectifying the problem. If this isn't possible then logging onto our engineer site will enable our engineers to take control of the PC remotely and rectify any software problems as you look on (available late July).
	RETURNS: - Please check any item being delivered and if damaged mark it as such on the delivery ticket. Claims for transit damage cannot be entertained more than 48 hours after delivery. Depending on the warranty selected we will either arrange for the collection and replacement of the PC, or for standard RTB warranty's you should arrange for the return of the PC for repair/ replacement. Due to the cost of eBay sales, all sales are final. - Incompatibility with your existing items is not generally an acceptable reason for returning an item and will be solely at our discretion.
