This is a brand new unit and is covered by 1 year limited warranty, but you need to ship it back to Hong Kong for warranty claim. Asus does not provide ZBD (Zero Bright Dot) warranty for TFT LCD screen for Eee PC.

To ensure your items work flawlessly, packages are open for inspection purposes.

• We accept PayPal only.  No personal cheque or postal order.

• Will ship to the U.K, Ireland, the U.S., Canada, Germany, Belgium, France, Spain, Portugal, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Switzerland, Austria, Greece, Australia and New Zealand by Registered Air Mail, provided by the Hong Kong Post Office.

• We will ship the item the next working days after the payment is received and cleared, we will give you an online checking number after shipment.
• It will normally take 5 to 10 working days to arrive, however please allow up to 20 working days for delivery as goods may occasionally be held by the Customs.
• We will ship to Confirmed Address with PayPal, shipment will be delayed for buyers providing Unconfirmed Address.
• We ship to Italy only by EMS delivery, please select the more expensive postage marked in "Postage and Packing" section.

• Please notify us within 14 days upon receipt if the item you receive is found defective.

• Item considered for exchange must be returned in “as new” condition, complete with all accessories and original packaging materials.
• Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of return postage. Shipping and insurance costs will not be refunded.
• We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at our own expenses as soon as the item is received by us. Items found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's expenses.
