Dispatch - You will be notified upon dispatch of goods and delivery will be made by courier service 24 or 48hrs after despatch depending on your service. The courier will phone to advise when delivery will be made.

It is essential that someone is there to receive the goods at the agreed time, as if no one is in when delivery is made, the courier will impose an additional charge for re-delivery.

All deliveries will be made on vehicles with "Tail gates", and the driver will take the pallet as close as possible to your building. For insurance reasons the driver can not take it into your house.

You Must check the item prior to signing as once the driver leaves no claim for damaged goods can be entertained, even if goods are signed unchecked.
