9)Refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis. If the reason for the refund is our fault in anyway a full refund including shipping is made immeditately. If a buyer purchases in error we need to recover our ebay listing and selling fees - this will be negotiated with the buyer. If the wrong item is bought and shipped, the correct product where possible will be offered and shipping will need to be repaid.
