I am offering a wonderful vintage pair of Art Noveau bookends featuring Two Noveau Ladies entwined dancing back to back, circa 1920.  Each bookend has the #306 on the back.  This bookend pair is similar, if not identical, to the rare bookends pictured in KURITZKY and DECOSTA'S COLLECTOR'S ENCYCLOPEDIA of BOOKENDS.  A reasonable reserve has been placed on this pair.

The Noveau Dancing Ladies bookends are approx. 5.25" tall .  Nice weight, weighing over 3 pounds.  Great rich, warm patina.  Original coppery and bronze hued finish over iron.  New felt on bottoms.  Age and use appropriate surface wear.  Very presentable.  Real charmers.  These are from my personal collection.  Please view pictures.  Pictures are part of the description.  For better picture viewing, supersize and then maximize picture.  A very reasonable reserve has been placed on this pair.
