EARLY 20th CENTURY ART DECO UPHOLSTERED ROUND PINK POUFFE FOOT STOOL CHAIR SEAT.

A VERY ATTRACTIVE EARLY 20th CENTURY UPHOLSTERED PINK ROUND POUFFE FOOT STOOL SEAT. THE POUFFE IS IN WARM PINK COLOUR WITH FRINGING ON THE THE SEAT CUSHION AND BRAIDING ALONG THE BASE.

WE WOULD DATE THIS POUFFE TO THE FIRST HALF OF THE 20th CENTURY CIRCA 1920`s.

THE OVERALL DIMENSIONS ARE 19 INCHES HIGH, 19 INCHES WIDE AND 19 INCHES DEEP.

THE CUSHION IS THICK AND COMFORTABLE AND IS 3 INCHES DEEP.

THE BASE OF THE POUFFE IS WALNUT AND THERE ARE 4 CASTOR'S TO EASE WITH MOVEMENT.

THE CUSHION IS FEATHER FILLED AND HAS  BUTTON DETAIL ON EITHER SIDE AND CAN BE REVERSED IF DESIRED.

A GOOD QUALITY AND VERY WELL MADE POUFFE WHICH HAS SOLID BENTWOOD BARREL PANEL INTERIOR.

THE POUFFE HAS BEEN RECOVERED AT SOME POINT IN THE PAST, THE MATERIAL IS CLEAN WITH VERY LITTLE MARKS AND THERE ARE SOME LIGHT IMPRESSIONS THE BASE ,WHICH WOULD EASILY STEAM OUT. THERE IS A REPAIR TO A CUSHION JOIN AT THE SIDE. THE WALNUT BASE HAS A SMALL CHIP TO THE FRAME THIS IS NOT OVERLY NOTICEABLE AND DOES NOT SPOIL THE POUFFE IN ANYWAY.

A VERY ATTRACTIVE ART DECO POUFFE WHICH WOULD COMPLIMENT ANY SETTING AND PROVIDE MANY MORE YEARS OF USE AND STYLE.
