ART DECO STYLE TILE PANEL

 Tile panel of 10 glazed tiles each tile 20cm  x  10cm

 Total size 41 cm  x  52cm

This panel is probably Portuguese, date uncertain, possibly 1960s  onwards, featuring traditional galleon motif  & signed A.T. ,  & mounted on a wooden back for hanging.  A   feature for the conservatory  it is a striking focal point which gives  immediate art deco style to its surroundings .  There is a small chip [illustrated] and some slight granulation as shown. The glaze is slightly uneven but the overall effect is  crisp and elegant.
