* All items purchased before 3pm will be posted the same day! if you purchase after 3pm it will be dispatched the following morning.

How to apply your skin or Stickers

Cleaning Procedures:  
All surfaces are contaminated to some degree.  To ensure good adhesion to any surface it is critical that you follow these recommended procedures in decontaminating and preparing the surface prior to any vinyl product installation.

1. Wipe the area with a wet wipe or similar.  Then dry the surface with a clean, lint-free towel or cloth.

2. To avoid recontamination during the final cleaning step, wipe the surface in just one direction, using a clean, lint-free towel or cloth. Do not touch again. You are now ready to apply the vinyl.

 

Temperature Recommendations:  
Surface temperatures should be at room temperature before attempting the installation. Adhesive becomes brittle when it gets too cold and gummy when it gets too hot. Applications outside the recommended range of 50 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit reduce the adhesives' ability to perform.

 

Application Procedures:  
 Applying vinyl graphics dry does not allow for any mistakes.  Once the vinyl touches the surface, there is no removal without damage.

1. Remove the backing paper first.
2. Line the vinyl up and start from one end, if you have a clean cloth use this to expel any air bubbles.
3. Once the graphic is in place make sure all edges are firmly down.
4. When removing the application tape, always pull it slowly, back onto itself, at a 180-degree angle.  Please note DS, DSi & DS Lite skins do not have application tape so make sure you are comfortable with how to fit them before starting.
5. Your graphic should now be looking good

* If you have an image in mind then email your image to our team.

* Why not have a picture of your own face on your console? Again, email your photo to us on the above email address and we will print it onto a vinyl skin for you. 

* You can personalise your new skin with you name in one of our many cool fonts and on any colour background!
