PAYMENTS
Our Preferred method of payment is via Paypal, We may also possibly accept a Cheque or Postal Order, If you wish to pay by any other way than Paypal, please check with us prior to you placing your bid, to confirm with us, as to wether we are willing to accept your preferred method of payment from you.
We ask that all items are paid for in full within 3 days from close of Auction. After 3 days we will send you a payment reminder, just incase your winning bid has slipped your mind. We will be eager to send your goods to you, We would not like to hold your goods up from arriving to you .
Goods will be dispatched within 3 days of receiving your payment via Paypal. Please allow 5 days from receipt of a cheque for banking and clearance of the cheque before goods will be dispatched.
Any payments not received within 7 days from close of auction will be reported to Ebay as non payers. Relative feedback will also be submitted for you.

Shipping prices offered for this item are for the Mainland UK only. For any Bidders outside Mainland UK please contact us to agree any additional carriage charges Prior to placing any Bid. For your peace of mind we can arrange postal insurance at a small additional cost, if you wish this please contact us before end of the auction to enable us to get you a price for the cover you would require.

RETURNS
We are not, nor do we have a shop, We are private individuals offering our unwanted items for auction. We have a strict no returns policy. We will not be liable for any return postage costs, Unless these are claimable from the carrier. All goods offered for sale will be either new, used in excellent condition, or used in very good condition. All items will be described as accurate as possible in our listings. Before dispatch All our items will be inspected and tested to be in fully working order (unless item description states spares or repair). Then they will be very well packaged with priority given to the protection of the goods. to ensure they have a safe journey to you. If any package arrives looking damaged, Please write damaged along with your signature when the driver asks for your signature for the package. You should contact us immediately with the details, any Photo's of the Damage will be helpful as these would provide the evidence required if you wish that we make any claim from the carrier on your behalf. We do recommend the optional postal insurance for your peace of mind, especially for any items you consider of high value.
