COMBINED POSTAGE - Please purchase the items you would like from my store then request your total. An invoice with combined postage will then be sent to you.
Australia - Orders up to $49.95 combined postage is $2.50. Orders over $50.00 will be sent by Registered mail. Orders $50 - $99 postage is $5.00. Orders $100 - $199 postage is $7.50. Orders $200 - $299 postage is $15.00. Orders $300 & over postage is $20.00.
International - Orders up to $99.00 combined postage is $5.00. Orders over $100.00 will be sent by Insured post. Orders $100.00 - $199.00 postage is $15. Orders $200 - $299 postage is $25.00. Orders $300 - $399 postage is $35.00. Orders over $400 postage is $50.00. Please note that there is no tracking number available unless your order is sent by Insured post.
REPLACEMENTS - We will replace any faulty item and re-send any missed or incorrect item. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please let us know by email and allow us to rectify the problem before leaving us feedback.
RETURNS - If you would like to swap your bracelet for a different size, please return it within 7 days (WITHOUT THE BEADS) to: Charmed Moments, PO Box 9020, Pacific Paradise, QLD 4564. Please include a note stating what size you want to swap the bracelet for and a padded, stamped, self addressed envelope so that we can return it to you.
