o By bidding or buying, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from us.
o You are responsible for reading the full item description, including the seller’s term & conditions and accepted payment methods. We assume all responsibility for listing this item.
o When choosing to buy from us please be assured that we will make every effort to ensure that your product arrives with you safely and in good time scale that it was advertised.
o Majority of our products are ex-display, customer returned or refurbished which have been thoroughly tested and verified to be in good working order unless otherwise stated.
o Due to the fact that the items are Ex-Display, customer returned and refurbished; it may have few cosmetic blemishes or imperfect packaging.
RETURN POLICY:
o We are happy to replace any item that is found to be faulty on arrival or it is not according to the listing.
o Item must be notified within 7 days and should reach us within 14 days of the date of receipt.
o Item must be returned with its original packaging and all accessories.
o The buyer is responsible for any postage cost they incur in returning the item to us for any reason.
o When returning the item please ensure you include the item number, description of the fault and your return address with the parcel.
o We will issue a full refund including postage cost if we cannot offer same replacement.
PAYMENT & POSTAGE
o Full payment must be received within 5 days of receiving a winning notification. Otherwise order may bay be cancelled and will be reported to eBay
o All goods will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving full payment, if you are paying by cheque please allow 7 working days of clearing the payment
o Delivery charges are clearly stated on all listings and are payable in full. If you are buying more than one item please contact us. Discount may be given for multiple items purchased.
o It is customer responsibility to check the item on arrival, in case of damage please sign as ‘damaged’, otherwise we will no able to claim from courier.
o All delivery charges are to UK Mainland only
o We will charge £5 extra for Northern Ireland, Highland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands & Scottish Islands and will be added to invoice.
COLLECTION
o Buyer is welcome to collect from Bolton Lancashire. Collection must be by pre-arranged appointment between 12:00 to 20:00 on Monday to Friday only.
o Once you have won the auction then please email us to arrange collections.
o Buyer must pay cash on collection, we will not allow collection if paid by paypal.
