Warranty

We offer a 30-day return to base warranty. The warranty covers hardware malfunctions only. We don't refund customers who have bought goods in error. When the goods have been returned to us, they will be inspected. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. We do not refund your cost for returning the goods to us. If we find that the item is not faulty, we will ask you to pay for our engineer's time and also to pay for postage to send the goods back to you.

Payment must be received within 4 days after the auction has ended. Failure to pay within 4 days will result in the item being re-listed and filing a dispute through eBay.

Postage Cost 

We offer discounts on postage if you purchase multiple items: we charge full postage cost for the heaviest item and 50% postage for each additional item.
Advertised postage cost is valid for mainland UK only.
Postage to all UK islands and Northern Ireland is at extra cost. To avoid disappointment, ask for a postage quote before bidding.

Delivery

Please give us your phone No. The delivery company might need it in some cases.
We do not accept responsibilities for possible delays when goods are in transit.
When receiving the goods your signature will be required by the courier. By signing you acknowledge the parcel to be in good condition and turn down the opportunity to claim compensation from the courier. If the parcel is damaged, please refuse it or write "damaged" next to your signature and contact us.

VAT

Value Added Tax is included. If you require a VAT invoice, please ask when you make payment.
