Shipping Policy

• Orders placed between 9am to 3pm will be sent out for delivery the same day.

• 92% of our orders get delivered within the next day

• We do not dispatch items on Saturday or Sunday.

• All our shipping methods include insurance for your peace of mind

• Large items valued over £37 REQUIRE A SIGNATURE on delivery and we therefore cannot deliver to P.O.Boxes.

• Tracking number is available upon request

• Orders from Indonesia, Nigeria, Ukraine and Malaysia are not accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Online tracking for UK & Northern Ireland customers available at www.royalmail.com

• Online tracking for International customers available at www.parcelforce.com and via www.royalmail.com

T-Lectronics will deliver Worldwide to the following countries; United Kingdom, Europe, USA, Canada and Australia. We dispatch all item placed before 2pm on the same day, but in some circumstances we have the right to withhold any order from dispatch in order to process further security checks. This can delay an order for up to 3 working days.

Returns Policy

• Please email us before returning an item.

• Refunds will only be given if sent the wrong item from error of our part, please make sure you are bidding or buying the right item.

• Buyer must make contact within 48 hours of recieving the item.

• If wanting to return or exchange, Buyer is responsible for all postal charges and labour if wanting a exchange of size. In any case due to our fault we send the wrong size we will claim responsible to pay all postal fees. (International customers pay for shipping both ways.) We have found this is the most convenient and fastest way to take care of our clients.

• The customer is responsible for all custom duties and charges to their country.

Payment Policy

We DO accept the following forms of payment:

• PayPal (Instant payments only, address must be verified & confirmed)
• Bank Wire Transfer ( U.K £ Sterling only)

We DO NOT currently accept the following forms of payment:

• Postal Orders

If buyer wants to pay by Bank Wire Transfer, details will be passed on to the customer to transfer funds.

Guarantee

• Electronic items which are defect or malfunctioned will be replaced or your money back!

• Defected items must be returned in order for us to issue you a refund.

• Most of our products come with a guarantee from the manufacturer, if not this will be stated on the auction.

• You have unitl 7 days to return the item to us in satisfactory condition with the labels, boxes, manuals etc intact.

Placing a Bid
When you buy our goods and services on the internet, you are entering a legally binding contract with T-Lectronics. Please make sure you read the full item description and are happy with the terms and conditions before placing a bid or making a purchase using the buy it now option. If you are unsure before you purchase from us, you can refer to the FAQ’s section or alternatively ask us a question.

Non Paying Bidders
If payment is not received within 7 days, then we have the right to re-list the item, you will received automated payment reminders until payment has been made. Not honouring your winning bid will result in negative feedback and a strike alert to your account. *NOTE* This could lead to suspension of your account, and you will also be blocked from all our future listings, so serious bidders only!

Payment fraud
Credit card and other payment fraud are serious crime! We will forward any evidence we have on fraudulent payments to relevant law enforcement organisations. Our staffs are well trained to identify fraudulent payments, so don't waste your time. We recommend new user’s to verify their PayPal accounts with a confirmed address.

Feedback
Our system automatically leaves feedback once it has been left for us. So please let us know how well we did serve you and we will do the same for you.

Returns
We would ask you to check every item that you receive from us, preferably within 48 hours of receiving your goods. We are more than happy to exchange any faulty items that you may unfortunately receive within a time period of 7 days of receiving the goods. Items should be sent back in the same condition you receive them with all protective seals intact and no adjustments made. If you are returning goods to us because it is incorrect, we will only refund your postage costs if the goods is wrong through an error on our part and not if the item(s) was wrongly ordered by yourself. We also recommend sending your items by registered post in order to track we have received the goods.

Refunds
Due to the nature of eBay, unfortunately refunds are strictly not available. Please make sure you are bidding on the correct item before placing a bid. We will only issue a refund if we cannot provide a replacement for a return of goods or if the item you received is not what was described in the item listing.
