CONDITION

This product is stock from a major retailer. This is either surplus stock or a customer return, ex display etc. Many are returned as duplicate gifts, customers not understanding how the item works, upgrading to a larger model during a money back period etc. The unit is then returned to the respected manufacturer and is checked by a service engineer, They are then offered to a small group of companies like us who sell on to the public at greatly reduced prices.

This item has a B+ grade and has been checked and tested for defects.  It comes with all original accessories  including manuals etc, and is in 100% full working order.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All items will be sent via Royal Mail 1^st class, recorded or Parcelforce.

We aim to dispatch goods the same day up to 2pm Monday to Friday. If payment is after 2pm it will be dispatched the following day, payments made on Friday afternoon and over the weekend will be sent out on the Monday.

We accept Paypal, postal order, cheque and bankers draft, please allow 5-7 working days for cheque to clear before dispatch. 

All payments must be made within 3 days of auction finishing if not this will result in the product being relisted.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

All sales are final, we only accept returns if the product is found defective on arrival, if found defective on arrival the item must be reported immediately and returned within 7 days, buyers are responsible for returned shipping cost and insurance, a duplicate will be sent if we have one in stock if not you will receive your full money back. Please enclose customer details and description of the fault with the return.
