TERMS OF PAYMENT:

We are happy to accept Paypal as the preferred method of payment. We do also accept Postal Orders and Bank Drafts / Building Society Cheques made payable to Whatever Music, but if you want to choose this option you should email us through ebay first. 

We DO NOT accept personal cheques or any form of Bank Transfer etc, so please do not ask.

If paying by Paypal, you must pay for the item(s) through E-Bay checkout system. We do not check for direct Paypal payments, so if you do not pay through E-Bay checkout, your item will not be dispatched, and we are not liable for any delays incurred as a result of this. We also do not read Paypal or E-Bay notes. Please e-mail us directly through E-Bay.

DISPATCH:

WE ONLY SHIP TO THE UK (ENGLAND, WALES, NORTHERN IRELAND AND SCOTLAND). WE DO NOT SHIP ABROAD AT ALL, SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK. THESE QUESTIONS WILL NOT BE ANSWERED.

Items are dispatched the working day after cleared payment has been received.

Standard delivery is free, but redelivery of failed post by the Royal Mail is charged at £4.99

Please note that the total cost of your item includes shipping fee, all postage, packaging, picking, handling and other expenses incurred in getting the item to you as quickly as possible. It is not just the cost of the stamp.

Warranty does not cover goods lost or damaged whilst in transit. We will only refund you once we have received settlement of our claim to Royal Mail. This is non-negotiable. We do obtain proof of postage on all our items.

Collections are possible between 10am and 4pm weekdays. We do not offer collections at weekends.

Warranty

This item comes with 1 month warranty. The battery comes with a warranty seal, we will only accept returns with the seal still intact and not tampered with! If your item is returned with the warranty seal tampered with, we will not refund or return your item.
