The delivery options are listed at the bottom of this auction. We generally list 1st class, if you want adifferent method then please contact us. If you wish to buy more than one item it may be possible to combine the postage. PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE BIDDING.

All items will be despatched within 24 hours of us receiving cleared payment, most items go out the same day wherever possible.

All Royal Mail items are covered for up to £28 in the event of loss or damage whilst in transit. If the item you are bidding on is worth more than £28 an insurance option will appear during checkout.

If you do not take this option and your item is lost or damaged in the post, we will only refund the £28 which we can recover from the Royal Mail.

RETURNS POLICY - PLEASE READ

We recomend that you ensure that the item is working as soon as you can following delivery, and certainly within 4 days of receipt.

In the event of problems please email or call us and we will do our best to sort any problems. Most problems can be resolved over the phone. In the rare event that the goods are defective we will immediately replace.
