Should a package appear visibly damaged on arrival, do not sign for the item, it will be returned to us for checking. An item can only be replaced if it is found to be faulty or damaged when received. However the buyer must report any damaged items within 24 hours. If an item is found to be faulty it must be reported within 7 days of receipt. The item will then be thoroughly checked to confirm the fault, serial number & our security seal.  If the security seal is broken this will invalidate your claim and the relevant authorities will be notified.
