• To qualify for postage discounts, all items to be sent out in one parcel and must be paid for together in one payment.

• Insured postage methods are advisable as, although parcels are carefully packaged and addressed, in rare events they can go missing. Unfortunately I can not be responsible for items that go missing in the post unless appropriate insured postage option is chosen!
• Parcels posted outside UK could take 2 – 3 weeks to arrive (longer, if held up by customs). Overseas buyer is responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, etc. that may arise when the parcel enters their country.

SHIPPING

Goods will be sent the day the payment clears. We will endeavour to post all items the same or next day the payment is made Monday to Friday and for payment received on Saturday the item will be posted on Monday.

Please note that we obtain proof of posting certificates on all items sent out. If for any reason you do not receive your product within two weeks of payment being received, then we will provide you with this certificate so that you can claim for your item. We can not take responsibility for damage in transit, we pack our goods carefully.
