Heavy cast iron base, could be part of the lamp or stand, no damages and can be reused.
Please note: due to the recent eBay policy change sellers are responsible for the insurance now, therefore our shipping charges went up accordingly. Please understand that we have to comply with eBay policy and do not lower our rating in shipping charge category. It will not benefit you nor the economy of our country, but just would allow eBay not to pay us 5 percent reward, as they promised. Also if you pay through PayPal, now they can put 21 day hold on your money, therefore we advise simply call us and pay directly to our merchant account with your debit or credit card. Some people believe that PayPal is the only allowed method of payment. It is not true – you can call eBay for clarification. Our merchant account will not hold your money, we accept all credit cards and usually funds are available in 3 - 4 days. If you decide to pay through PayPal and there is a hold it will be your personal responsibility to fight with PayPal to make them release your money, so we will be able to print the shipping label and ship your item on-time, or you can wait for 21 day until your payment will be released. Please do not lower our rating in shipping time because we did not cause these holds. We have completed over 2000 transaction on PayPal, they have all our banking information and are able to withdraw the money from our account without our authorization if there is any problem - we do not give PayPal any valid reason to hold your money, and sellers do not benefit from these holds - it is unfair to punish the seller, especially in such economic conditions.

Return policy

If you want to return your item just because you have changed your mind, notify us within three days after receiving the package and send it back to us completely insured in the same condition as you receive it but no later than 5 days after you receive it. As soon as we receive our item back we will return your payment MINUS shipping cost and MINUS 20% re-stocking fee. We will return you your FULL payment, including shipping charges both ways only if we shipped you the wrong item. Please contact us immediately with your concern and we will try to fix our mistake for your satisfaction as soon as we can. EXCEPTION: if item was damaged in shipping it should be paid through the insurance claim. We will NOT return your money if you damaged our item, altered it or parts are missing. We will look into the situation if you ship it back after a 5 days period. We do not provide partial returns. We will not able to provide any returns for items shipped outside of US.
