ANTIQUE OLD SHEFFIELD PLATE SNUFFERS TRAY & SIMILAR PAIR OF SNUFFERS, the snuffers tray with a shell and leafy scroll gadroon border, 24 x 10.5cm, good condition apart from small signs of wear to the plating as one would expect on a piece nearly 200 years old and consistent with use. The Snuffers have been with the tray a long time but as usual do not match, they have a makers stamp which I think reads Hanwood and two other stamps one of which is a "J", they work fine but the plate as is typical is heavily worn especially on the high points of the decoration and on the pointed end, they are 17.5cm long.
