Traditional, original antique needlework sampler.

Worked in cross stitch it has the usual alphabet with a verse.

Motifs are flowers, trees bird and 2 fire breathing dragons!

The verse reads-

Preserve me Lord amidst the crowd

From ev'ry thought that's vain and proud

And make my wand'ring eyes to see

Hoe good it is to trust in Thee.

It measures approx 13'' / 33cm x 13'' / 33cm.

There has been some fading over time and there is some browning of the material, particu;arly round the bottom.

A few missing stitches on the G and the U.

No sign of insect holes.

We normally use Royal Mail (www.royalmail.com) under 2kgs and Parcel Force (www.parcelforce.com) for shipping.

We only accept payment in GBP £ sterling - paypal, Bank Transfer, personal cheque, postal/money order, travellers cheques, International Money Order.

Your currency will be converted to GBP by paypal who will charge us, not you, a fee.
