This well modelled bust of Ludwig van Beethoven is 5 inches tall and in excellent condition. This bust comes from a small collection of parian busts of worthy notables. Ludwig van Beethoven (English IPA: /ˈlʊdvɪg væn ˈbeɪtoʊvən/; German IPA: [ˈluːtvɪç fan ˈbeːthoːfn], December 16, 1770[1] – March 26, 1827) was a German composer and virtuoso pianist. He was a crucial figure in the transitional period between the Classical and Romantic eras in Western classical music, and remains one of the most respected and influential composers of all time.
