 This doctor's bag was in the attic for the last 80 years or so.  

The bag has leather covered handles

BRASS COLOR HARDWARE

The handles are firm as well as the bag.

 The inside of bag is still in good condition.

CLASP AND CLUTCH WORK PERFECTLY    

There is no key.
