Please do not send your jewellery to us in boxes - just wrap it carefully in Bubble Wrap and Jiffy Bags

Take it down to your local post office and send it fully insured up to £2500 via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

As soon as it arrives we will call you to confirm its safe arrival.

We will then take it over to our workshop, identify the work that needs to be done and call you back the with a fixed price to do the work.

Once the work is done - we then return your valuable items to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

(Please allow a minimum of 14 - 28 days for your item to be repaired and returned to you - this is a bespoke, craft service and we would prefer to take our time and deliver your item back in perfect condition)

PLEASE NOTE: ALL ITEMS REPAIRED OR RESTORED BY US WILL BE ULTRASONICALLY & HYGENICALLY CLEANED
