ANTIQUE HALLMARKED STERLING SILVER NURSES BUCKLE 1898




Original Victorian Sterling Silver Nurses Buckle with full British hallmarks for Birmingham and dated 1898.

These buckles would have been presented to a young nurse on her graduation and are still used in this way today.

The buckle measures just under 4½ inches x 2½ inches and weighs 54.2 g.

It is in very good condition, please refer to the above photographs for details of condition.
