Upon successful completion of the auction you are sent a full invoice. Delivery of this item will be within 8 to 10 weeks of payment being recieved. Our Admin team will contact you to arrange a delivery time which is suitable for you.
Our shipments are not normally late and have full tracking facility. We endeavour to always keep you informed of where we are in the process and you will also receive a telephone contact where you can call if you have any concerns.

In-person collection is not permitted for any of our furniture items as they are distributed from a warehouse depots all over the UK. Also we do not have the logistics and public insurance to allow collection. Only bid if you are clear on this point please.

Buyer must pay the stated shipping cost a second time if no one is home to accept delivery from our courier on the mutually agreed delivery date. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

Our shipping rates are based on volume rather than consignment and we offer 20 % shipping discounts for buyers purchasing multiple items.

We provide a two man delivery service for our larger furniture items. They will take the item into your home and up a flight of stairs or into a lift if this is reasonably possible.

You are required to unpack and inspect the item prior to signing for it. Your signature on the proof of delivery will be taken as indication that you are happy with its condition.

If your item does not fit through your door you will not be refunded the delivery fee. Furthermore, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
