ANTIQUE ENGLISH SILVER SEAL FOB c1760 'FS' MAKER W.B
A lovely quality antique Georgian, solid sterling silver fob; beautifully made, its silver base ornately engraved with the initials 'FS' in reverse.
Lovely - high quality, extremely collectable - and perfect for any chain or charm bracelet!
CONDITION: All original and very good. Some wear commensurate with age.
DEFECTS: None.
DATE/MARKS: Around 1760/70, maker's marks WB.
DIMENSIONS: 28 mm tall, base 20 x 16 mm (1 inch = 25.4 mm). To give an impression of scale, the coin is 19 mm or 3/4 of an inch diameter.
WEIGHT: Approx. 10.5 grams.
