ANTIQUE HAND CARVED OAK PANEL, CARVED WITH FLOWER (POSSIBLY TUDOR ROSE)  AND LEAVES, GOOD CONDITION.   SLIGHT POWDERING TO WOOD ON BACK, SHOWN AS A LIGHT AREA TOP LEFT OF SECOND PICTURE.

THE BACK HAS THREE GROOVES TOWARDS THE BASE, REASON UNKNOWN.   THERE IS NO SIGN OF IT HAVING BEEN FITTED, SCREWED OR HINGED TO ANY OTHER ITEM, I CALL IT VICTORIAN TO BE SAFE, BUT BELIEVE IT COULD BE MUCH EARLIER.

WIDTH 10.5 INCHES, HEIGHT 7.75 INCHES, THICKNESS 0.625 INCH.
