A BEAUTIFUL PIECE OF HAND BEADING  TO FORM A COLLAR THAT IS 3 inches deep and 12 inches around the neck edge (which includes a bead loop at each end that enables the collar to be attatched to the garment without sewing or pins)the outside edge measures 13 inches.ON THE BOTTOM EDGE ARE 49 DROPLET BEADS TO FINISH THE PERFECT COLLAR.IF THIS COLLAR IS TURNED AROUND AND "FIXED" BEHIND THE NECK IT IS THE MOST
FANTASTIC DEEP BEAD NECKLACE THAT IS UNIQUE!, AND WOULD LOOK GOOD WITH A LOW CUT DRESS.
