In my opinion a beautiful ANTIQUE 19THC OIL  ON CANVAS OF AN INTERESTING STORMY SEA SCAPE, WITH A NORTH EAST FISHING PORT IN THE DISTANCE, AND BATTERED SMALL FISHING BOAT....INDISTINCT SIGNATURE TO THE BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER; CIRCA 1870 IN DATE . I sadly can provide no information as to  the artist!! 

The painting  is in fair  order. Old repaired small spilt as pictured, would benefit from a light clean, to bring back all the colour! A charming piece of period art.   Combined postage offered.  Owned from the late 1980's!

Unframed the  oil   is 12  inches by 8  inches .
