In my opinion a beautiful ANTIQUE ORMOLU BRASS-BRONZE FOLIATE FRAME , LATER GILDED, WITH A FINE  OIL  ON  WOOD, DUTCH? FLOWER PANEL, SIGNED AS SHOWN VAN PEER....Delightful quality flower scene as pictured . I sadly can provide no information as to  the artist!! 

The painting  is in fair  order. Combined postage offered.  Owned from the late 1980's!

Length FRAMED   is 10.5  inches by 8.5  inches , UNFRAMED THE OIL IS 5 INCHES BY 4 INCHES.
