BUYERS MUST ESTABLISH CONTACT WITH SELLER WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF INVOICE, PAYMENT IS DUE AFTER 7 DAYS AFTER AUCTION CLOSE! IF NO PAYMENT IS MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS TRANSACTION WILL BE CANECLLED WITH NEGTIVE FEEDBACK.
ALL forms of payment must be in US Dollars & received within 7 days of invoicing (if payment remittance extensions are needed just ask & I will always try to accommodate you).
If expedited shipping is needed, please contact me immediately to advise me so that I can properly service you (i.e. if you need something overnighted or shipped in time for a special upcoming occasion), and please also utilize a payment method that will coincide with your need for expedited shipping.
US/Domestic Buyers: Payment methods accepted are Money Orders (USPS Money Orders PREFERRED); Cashiers/Bank Checks; Personal Checks; PayPal PREFERRED (available to qualifying Buyers who provide a Confirmed Shipping Address - I always ship with Online Tracking + Insurance); and OTHER (please contact seller for additional info).
Personal Checks are held 10 days (NO HOLD PERIOD for qualifying repeat patrons). US Buyers who opt to pay with Personal Check should be aware that shipping MAY on RARE OCCASION, pursuant to bank recommendation and/or at the discretion of the Seller, be delayed longer than 10 days if proof of bank clearance cannot be ascertained within this period of time.
US Buyers who opt to pay with Cashiers Checks or Non-USPS (Postal) Money Orders should also be aware that shipping MAY on RARE OCCASION, pursuant to bank recommendation and/or at the discretion of the Seller, be delayed until bank clearance can be ascertained, but generally purchases made using these payment options do ship in our usual timely manner.
Local Pick-Ups require a payment method not referenced above (please contact Seller for details), and are expected to be paid for and picked up within the same time frames which apply to any other payment and shipping methods offered.
International Buyers: Multiple payment methods are accepted, so please contact Seller for additional info specifying ALL of the payment options available to you as not all are referenced here. SOME of the payment methods I accept are Postal Money Order ($1.50 bank fee applies); BidPay; and PayPal PREFERRED (for qualifying International buyers who provide a Confirmed Shipping Address & choose a Shipping Method which provides Online Tracking & Insurance). SHIPPING METHOD EXCEPTIONS as regards this payment method may be determined on a qualifying case-by-case basis.
I ship via USPS or UPS Ground depending upon type/weight of item being shipped.
I utilize the eBay/USPS Shipping Calculator within all of my listings, for the ease of patrons who would like to be able to manage the costs to their specific destination Zip Codes/Countries. OCCASIONALLY this Shipping Calculator malfunctions and does NOT furnish accurate shipping quotes (sometimes it quotes too high, sometimes too low), which is why I request that you await a formal eBay invoice from me which I generally supply within 24 hours of purchase of item, if not immediately). This affords me the opportunity to verify the accuracy of the Shipping Calculator Rate prior to your payment remittance. In RARE INSTANCES where there is a shipping discrepancy, if you've opted to make an immediate PayPal payment without awaiting an eBay invoice, I may have to refund that payment so as to be able to formally invoice you and correct the miscalculation. I ALWAYS welcome Shipping Quote emails prior to purchasing for greatest degree of accuracy, and ALWAYS HONOR the rates I HAVE QUOTED to you! :~)
Insurance and either Delivery Confirmation or Signature Confirmation (depending upon the value of the item purchased) are INCLUDED in the Shipping Calculator Rate Quote.
COMBINED SHIPPING is offered whenever possible for like items that can be safely and securely packed and shipped together (NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES apply, with shipping cost increases contingent upon increased actual weight of additional contents).
International Buyers please note that I will always try to offer you multiple shipping options, BUT PAYPAL is preferred. If Buyer chooses the Economy Surface Shipping method (due to the exceedingly long 4-6 weeks delivery time estimates quoted by the USPS for virtually every destination Country).
ALL BUYERS please contact me within 2 days of purchasing to advise me of your shipping destination Zip Code/Country and preferred Shipping Method (when multiple options are offered), so that I can proceed with packaging your purchase(s) for shipping accordingly.
ALL USA purchases are shipped with either Delivery Confirmation or Signature Confirmation + Insurance (which protects against loss as well as damage), regardless of the payment method or shipping option selected.
INTERNATIONAL purchases DO NOT include Online Tracking or Insurance UNLESS the Shipping Method chosen is one which provides same (i.e. Global Express, Airmail Parcel Post, etc.), so please ask before choosing a shipping method and I will gladly present all your options to you. :~)
I package each and every item as I would like an item to be packaged for shipping to me - with the utmost TLC .
Items will be shipped within time frames consistent with type of payment remitted as follows: USA BUYERS: USPS Money Orders all ship within 3-7 days of receipt; Personal Checks - MAY be held LONGER THAN 10 days (upon bank recommendation and/or at the discretion of the Seller - if Check has cleared sooner and proof of clearance can be ascertained to the satisfaction of Seller, shipping will gladly be sooner); Cashiers Checks and Non-USPS Money Orders MAY be held the same amount of time as Personal Checks (upon bank recommendation and/or at the discretion of the Seller - but generally will ship within 3-7 days of receipt). INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: PAY PAL PREFERRED, International Postal Money Orders, some "OTHER" Payment Methods, all ship within 3-7 days of receipt.
Should purchase(s) be lost or damaged in transit by the shipping company, Seller will in every way possible assist Buyer with their shipping claim, including but not limited to mailing the original Insurance Receipt to you, providing you and the Shipper with photos of the item prior to packaging and shipping, etc. Please note that the shipper will wish to view the Merchandise, Box and Packing Materials in-person, so it is IMPERATIVE that you DO NOT DISCARD any of the original interior packaging materials or outer box, as doing so will nullify your insurance claim

All items sold by me are either Vintage, Antique and/or Pre-Owned, with their condition being described to the best of my abilities, as accurately as possible, and with utmost conscientiousness on my part. However, being that I am only human and, as such, occasionally subject to human imperfection, I may in rare instances overlook or omit information relevant to your purchasing decision.
