This is a Annie Burney Smith SIGNED ORIGINAL Watercolor. This beautiful piece of art comes framed and matted by Coffey & Thompson of Charlotte, NC. It is signed on the back and is in excellent condition. Annie Smith is a LISTED American artist that was from Rome, GA. She is listed on www.askart.com. This piece measures 28" tall X 18" wide and weighs 6lbs without packaging. Her paintings sell for $500-600 each. This comes customed framed by Coffey and Thompson of Charlotte, NC.

There is a 14 day return policy.
