We are a genuine UK based company, we have been trading on ebay for 4 years and we are an authorised reseller for all of the brands we offer. We prefer payment by Paypal but can accept payment by Cheque, Credit or Debit Card, Postal Orders, Bank Transfer (please enquire for details). All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.

If the item is displayed in our store then it means we have it in stock, this is due to our real time stock system. We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) from when payment is cleared. Please allow extra time for cheques. Orders placed on a non-working day, will be dispatched the next working day. Other exceptions include all the usual UK public holidays. 
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Delivery rates are based on the actual (or dimensional) weight of your package, the destination country and the postcode. We charge a small amount for packing and handling but, sometimes, this may be offered free of charge.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods within 3 days upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
