We aim to dispatch all items ordered before 3pm the same day excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Smaller packages are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail and expected time of delivery is between 1 to 2 days. However, larger packages are sent via DHL Next Day Delivery service. DHL orders must be placed before 11.30am for same day dispatch.

If the item is damaged or not working please inform us straight away so we can resolve your problem as quickly as possible.

If the order has arrived damaged then you must get in touch with AnyTackle within 48 hours. Also, its very important that you keep hold of any packaging as this will need to be inspected by the delivery company. We will try our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
