Any parcels that go astray i CANNOT be held responsible for!I will however try my upmost to get a claim sorted for you!DUE TO A RECENT SPATE OF MISSING PARCELS i am going to have to  ask thatall  items over £5 be sent RECORDED DELIVERY,For peace of mind for myself and the buyer, as i can check if an item has been signed for and you can check online what's happening with your parcel.

All items over £34 should be sent SPECIAL DELIVERY as ROYAL MAIL will only pay £34 MAX compensation on recorded delivery compensation.But i appreciate this can be costly and will not make this compulsary,BUT please remember if an item goes missing and you did NOT take the appropriate postage service it is im afraid your responsibility.I will give all the postage options in the auction and still offer great COMBINED POSTAGE DISCOUNTS.Remember if you have recorded delivery i can send several items in one parcel and charge the minimum postage cost :)All recorded/special delivery services are charged at COST i don't make money on these!!

I do Not GIVE REFUNDS if the item is not suitable by fit! or colour.i will give refunds only if the item is not as described or faulty, but remember i do check well all items before they leave here.I cannot refund  any postage  costs so please check well THE  measurements BEFORE BIDDING! I try to give as much description and measurements as humanly possible :)

I do not charge extra for i charge a VERY small handling fee for wrapping MATERIALS /packing/ handling which is included in the postage price quoted! And on multiple auction wins i will only ever charge ,ONE handling fee.Each additional  item will be weighed to save you as much money as possible on combined shipping!OVERCHARGING ON POSTAGE IS NOT MY THING ...I DETEST IT!!!

 

I ACCEPT  for soonest possible dispatch  I WILL ACCEPT CHEQUES but WILL  HAVE TO WAIT FOR CLEARANCE B4 POSTING YOUR GOODIES I'M AFRAID.!!Will also accept postal orders If your wanting to pay by ECHEQUE i will accept it but PLEASE REMEMBER these take eons to clear and i won't post your parcel untill it does clear i'm afraid.   OVERSEAS BIDDERS I ONLY ACCEPT  FOR OVERSEAS TRANSACTIONS  PLEASE E MAIL ME if OVERSEAS POSTAGE IS NOT QUOTED AND I WILL GLADY GIVE YOU THE SHIPPING COSTS...Due to a few items going astray i am now going to have to make ALL ITEMS OVER £5 SIGNED FOR DELIVERY with suitable inscurance.For my own peace of mind so i can see if the parcel has been signed for as well as for your peace of mind that the item has been sent and can be tracked .PLEASE take out insurance/sure/swiftair  on items of value as I CANNOT REFUND YOU OUT OF MY OWN POCKET  IF THE ITEM GOES MISSING!!!It is not possible to track an OVERSEAS parcel (although i always keep proof of postage)...But please take compensation or signed for,especially  if it's an expensive item!! Then i can make a claim for you from royal mail.Signed for services /insurance are charges at  COST ,Ido not make any money out of this!!!I WILL STILL combine postage costs on multiple wins to save you $$$ :)  

 I DO  expect payment to be recieved within 7days of auction end please,But any problems e mail me FIRST  i'm happy to oblige where  possible ..
