Original oil on stretched canvas: circa 1950: canvas/ image size: 16 x 20 inches: signed lower left " Cong ": inscribed verso in pencil on the upper stretcher bar with title - " Anchored Out ": red ink stamp of Glendale, Long Island stretcher bar maker, Anco Inc. on the lower stretcher bar.

A truly great Yachting Theme oil by a highly talented professional painter, framed in its original 50's fine hand carved wood frame. Frame size is 20 1/2 x 24 1/2 inches. I have no idea who the artists is although there are several listed artists with the name Cong.

NOTE: Both oil and frame are in excellent condition and this work is fully guaranteed.
