Payment Instruction

We are VAT registered and our VAT registration number is GB 929 0664 04. VAT at the standard rate (currently 15%) is included in the total selling price (item plus postage & packing)

Please wait for the invoice to be sent to you by EBAY before making payment. A VAT invoice is available upon request.

PAYPAL

We currently only accept payment by Paypal. Please ensure you have a PAYPAL VERIFIED ACCOUNT and ADDRESS. Payment will be refused and refunded if such criteria are not satisfied.

3 Days Payment Policy
Payment for any bidding item is required to be made within 3 working days. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist the item/s.

DELIVERY

Unless otherwise specified, the normal method of delivery will be by the Company’s designated carrier and a signature may be required upon delivery.

The Company endeavours to despatch goods as promptly as possible and this is normally within three working days.

We deliver all our goods via the Royal Mail First Class, Second Class, Recorded / International Signed For and TNT Delivery Service. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. Please allow 10 working days for delivery of items to UK location by Royal Mail and 15 days for International Shipment

Shipping Charges

All shipping charges showed also cover packing and other materials and various other costs. If you do not want to pay the postage then do not buy.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, you must supply written notice of your wish to cancel to e-wh@hotmail.co.uk no more than FIVE working days after the day on which the goods are received by you.

We reserve the right to make a nominal charge of £2.50 to cover the administration of orders that have been processed and packaged but has not been shipped.

Where you cancel the goods, you must taken reasonable care of the goods. We will issue you with a cancellation number on receipt of your written notice of cancellation. It is your responsibility, and at your cost, to return the goods to us. All goods must be returned within 7 days of the cancellation number being issued to you. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any returned goods relating to cancellations after the 7 days.

Any returned item must be in the original sealed packaging and sent to us within seven days from receipt. Items that do not comply with this must not be returned. Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery; therefore you are strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. You are advised to package the product adequately as we cannot accept liability for any damage incurred during delivery. Returned goods that are faulty or sent in error will be credited in full. All other returns incur a minimum nominal charge of £4.99 for handling, insurance and re-stocking.

WARRANTY

Our items are covered by a 30 day warranty (unless otherwise stated in the description) from the date of purchase of the goods.

If you are returning the item due to a fault within the warranty period we will try to replace it. If a replacement is not available, we will refund you in full once the product has been tested and a fault found. 

Please note E-lectronic Warehouse Ltd will not take any responsibility for any delivery charges you might incur due to returning any products.

No refunds will be made until we have received and tested the item. If we test the item returned and it is found to be working correctly, we reserve the right not to make any refund and to return the product to you.

Return Policy

• We will only accept items to be returned if the item is within our warranty period.
• Refunds will only be given if the item was SOLD AS WORKING but subsequently does not work as described, or genuine faults have been found and reported within its 30 day warranty period, and found to be faulty when tested by us.
• The goods must be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. If the goods are damaged in any way, this invalidates the warranty and no refund will be given.
• All refunds for faulty goods will be made as soon as possible and, at the latest, within 30 days of receiving the goods back from you.

• Customer satisfactory is most important to us. If you have a problem or question regarding your transaction please contact us before leaving any type of feedback. Negative feedback does not solve anything. We are always willing to work things out.

As a company, our normal business hours are from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday (Closed on public holidays). All enquiries on the goods will be dealt with during these hours only.
