CUSTOMS FEES/VAT FOR NON-US LOCATIONS: Each country's Customs service computes and collects Customs, VAT, or other import fees according to its own rules, and normally does so when it clears the item for delivery. I have NO control over or knowledge of the fees assessed or collected - this is completely separate from the cost of shipping. Buyer is responsible for understanding the import rules affecting the destination country, and for paying any fees or taxes assessed.
TRANSIT TIME: Transit time is the number of BUSINESS days from dispatch to the date of delivery. All transit times shown in the table below are USPS estimates, not mine. Within the US, this is counted from the date of mailing to the date of delivery. Outside the US, this is counted from the date of mailing to the date of arrival at the destination country Customs service. This does NOT include any time spent in Customs processing, nor time spent en route from the Customs service to the final destination address.
COMBINED SHIPPING: To take advantage of combined shipping costs, buyer must contact me PRIOR to paying for purchase. I will determine best cost for service requested and provide a combined item eBay invoice. The handling fee applies to each combined item, but I will reduce it to the amount needed to provide an appropriate packaging solution. Certain items don't combine well and may not provide an advantage over separate shipping.
TRANSIT TIME CLAIMS: If a service is used that provides a transit time guarantee and that guarantee is broken by the shipper, the buyer is responsible for notifying me. I will refund the actual amount of any shipping charges I am able to recover from the carrier.
SHIPPING INSURANCE CLAIMS: Buyer is responsible for following all recipient requirements stipulated by the carrier, including the retention of packing material. I will support any actions required by the carrier to pursue a shipping claim, but buyer must notify me in time sufficient to meet carrier deadlines. I will refund the actual amount of any damage payment and shipping charge refund provided to me by the carrier.
RETURNS:
CPUs tested, guaranteed to be in working condition. Compatibility, correct installation and usage (esp. fans and sinks) are buyer's responsibility. Report any issues within 3 days of receipt to determine resolution. Returns accepted for exchange, credit, or refund, less all shipping costs, as long as all items are in the same physical and functional condition when I receive them as when I shipped them. Returns for incompatibility or other buyer discretion will be assessed a $5 handling fee.
