Grading of Records & CD's
New Mint Condition : This item, it's sleeve and any additional inserts are New Unused and in Mint Condition. / Mint Condition : This item may have been used but is in Mint Condition. / Excellent Condition : This item, its sleeve and any additional inserts may show slight signs of use, such as very light surface marks, hairline scratches etc, this in no way effects the sound or playing quality of the item. We only sell Records and Cd's which are either New, Mint or in Excellent Condition as defined by Record Collector's Grading System. We do not sell scratched Cd's or Records where the mark sounds and effects playing or sound quality. Records marked as excellent usually only have a few very minor surface marks and mostly play as new. 100% Quality and customer satisfaction are Guaranteed. When grading records and Cd’s we use the standard UK grading system as defined by Record Collector Magazine. This is the most widely used and respected guide by Collectors Worldwide.
Condition of Record Sleeves
Picture Sleeves are either in New Condition (if the Record is listed as New), Mint, or Excellent Condition (Sleeves may show slight signs of wear such as light scuffing or ring marks if described as excellent), as described and seen in the Photograph. We do not sell torn sleeves or damaged sleeves. Where a Picture Sleeve is not shown, this item will either be in a New Clear Plastic Sleeve if a Picture Disc or Coloured Vinyl, or in a New Plain Black Die Cut Card Sleeve with a New White Die Cut Inner Dust Sleeve. All 7", 12" & LP Picture Sleeves are sent in protective Clear PVC sleeves to make sure they reach you in top condition. All 12" and Vinyl Albums come with Protective Inner Dust Sleeves. All of our CD Jewel Cases are in New Mint Condition.
Packing
All items are well packed in either Industry Standard Card Envelopes with Stiffeners, Padded Envelopes, Card Boxes with protective packing and or Bubble Wrap. 7" and 12" Picture Sleeves and Albums are all sent in protective PVC Sleeves to protect the sleeve and all 12" Singles and Vinyl Albums come with Protective Inner Dust Sleeves. Insurance is included in the p&p rate. Items are sent recorded by Royal Mail First Class, Royal Mail Second Class, Parcel Force or Airmail, whichever is applicable. P&p prices are inclusive of all the above.
